Salary: £17,179 to £19,261plus 15% rotational shift allowance

You will be responsible to the Head of Security Services, via the Senior Security Officer and Security Manager, to ensure a safe environment throughout the campus and off campus residences in the absence of the Residential Security staff.
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will have previous practical experience in a relevant security related field, you must also hold a valid driving licence. (The security cover both a large Campus and Off Campus accommodation around the city; it is not possible to attend these locations in an emergency without the use of the Departmental vehicle; hence a driving licence is essential).
You will be working 5 days out of 7, rotational 12 hour shifts.
