Job Introduction:
G4Sworks as a Service Partner for Telereal Trillium (TT) to deliver a variety of services nationally across several contracts, through a dedicated management infrastructure. The most significant contract is with the DWP where we provide an array of services. This includes front of house public area management, janitorial services, porterage and back of house security through on site teams, a remote lock & unlock access control solution – AEGIS and patrol & response services. The TT contract is the largest in the UK, deploying in excess of 3,500 officers covering 1200 manned and unmanned sites.

As a result of continuing growth of the contract, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join the business, based in London and East Anglia

The position holder is responsible for on site pro-active operational service delivery and employee performance within a defined portfolio of approximately 125 direct personnel and 25 assignments.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Operations Manager will work with other stakeholders and sharing best practice to ensure uniformity of service to customers.
Role Responsibility:
Providing best of class service delivery
Safety and security of employees and customers with regard to working and environmental conditions
Employee and Customer Management
Employee coaching and training
Organisational communication
Completion / submission of company documentation
Assignment level compliance
New starter induction and Account training responsibility
Resolution of all officer pay queries
Ensuring rostering of all officers 1 month in advance
Reducing labour turnover

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience of security and operational systems
IT and technically competent
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Demonstrable planning and organisational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
People management skills including experience in HR practice
A basic level of financial awareness
Ability to manage own workload
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
