Night Concierge with SIA Licence -£20K

6pm to 6am, 4-on 4-off shift pattern
My client is a leading managing agent with a portfolio of luxury residential developments across the Greater London area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge with an SIA Licence to staff the Concierge desk and assist residents with all porterage and concierge activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing a welcoming first impression to potential customers / residents.
*Providing concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Property Manager.
*Using the CCTV equipment.
*Inspecting, on a daily basis, all internal areas of the private residential buildings and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Property Manager.
*Setting an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the estate.
*Entering all relevant comments/details in the concierge log folders, and to head up the estate security and service personnel in attendance to the communal areas of the estate.
*Supervising any keys which may be held in reception and to ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.
*Receiving and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents.
*Dealing with all general telephone enquiries and log messages.
*Ensuring that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly.
Successful candidates MUST hold a current SIA Licence and have PREVIOUS RESIDENTIAL OR HOTEL CONCIERCE EXPERIENCE. Only Successful applicants will be contacted.Spring Personnel Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
