As part of a rapid expansion FW Solutions (Europe) Ltd are looking to recruit self employed Security Dog Handlers in the following areas:
Port of Liverpool
1) To assist in patrolling as part of a search team responsible for the security & safety of a large container vessel whilst at berth. You will be working alongside a security team and a specialist search dog team. Full training will be given via a Police force training team in all aspects of Port procedures and search techniques (not k9) to assist in the role.
2) To assist a specialist search dog team whilst it searches vessels at berth within the Port of Liverpool. Responsible for securing the quayside whilst this is in progress.
This is permanent work and is irregular hours and revolves around the hours of the vessels.
Prescot & Kirkby (Merseyside)
Security dog work responsible for the security of two large warehouse premises in the above areas.
Leigh (near Wigan)
Security dog work responsible for patrolling a large site.
Bolton
Security dog work & some receptions duties during silent hours at industrial unit premises.
1 day event in Manchester 21st April 2012
Role of patrolling and securing event area during silent hours working alongside and event team etc
4 day event in Edinburgh May (dates TBC)
Role of patrolling and securing event area during silent hours working alongside and event team etc
A full and valid SIA license is required.
Non Liveried vehicle.
A minimum of a security dog industry qualification (in date)
A minimum of an industry certificate / safety certificate of dog is required by reputable trainer (not less than 12 months old).
Hourly rate varies for the above positions.
Successful applicants will be required to attend at least one days training per month with our company trainer in order to keep records of training etc
