We are currently recruiting for the Site Security Manager for the Shopping Centre in Luton - The Mall Luton.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the contract as per client specification
Delivery of contract hours with trained officers
Manage and schedule staff including recruitment, training, disciplinary and welfare issues
Client liaison
Attend weekly and monthly client meetings
Investigate all accidents/incidents
Ensure compliance with the assignment instructions
To attend local crime initiatives
Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Area Manager
Ensure that risk assessments are completed and documented
Ensure that health and safety information contained in risk assessments are communicated to relevant employees and client
To conduct regular team meetings
Ensure all employees receive appropriate induction and training and are competent to under take their duties
Ensure that all injuries, diseases, dangerous occurrences and near misses are notified and investigated
Ensure that accurate check calls are in place
Assist in the control of evacuation procedures and evacuation exercises.
