Our client is currently searching for a number of SIA qualified security guards for a construction site in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Various shifts are available. Days, Nights and Weekends will be available.
Job Purpose:
To provide an all encompassing service which pro-actively maintains security of a clients' property and premises; and a safe working environment for client employees and visitors/customers.
Nature Scope:
Successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining routine security requirements at these sites in the local area whilst simultaneously maintaining a professional approach to all tasks in an effort to maintain a pristine company reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake regular patrols and inspections.
* Candidate must be prepared to complete required documentation when on duty.
* Ensure all client and company H&S policies are adhered to.
* Undertake any such other duties as may be reasonably expected.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITES: -
* Provide assistance to staff and visitors for designated areas throughout site.
* Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted into prohibited areas.
* Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
REQUIREMENTS:-
* SIA licence required (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
* Able to be vetted back 5 years (SC or CTC).
* Smart appearance, well groomed and confident.
* Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
* Good communication skills.
* Committed to providing a first rate customer service experience.
* Access to transport an advantage.
