Job Title: Area Supervisor

Duties: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Area Supervisor’s responsibilities will include: management of work schedules, strong leadership of the team ensuring high staff motivation, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and compliance with all statutory/contractual standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual and team level and be equally comfortable in communicating with front line staff, managers, clients and members of the public. SIA Licence is essential.
