As Loss Prevention Investigator you will liaise closely with the Store Manager you will ensure the physical security of the store through a variety of means available to you. Your analytical mind will enable you to scrutinise reports and identify patterns and links in order to undertake further investigations. As part of the loss prevention team, you’ll also work with your colleagues to promote Shrink Awareness so everyone knows what to look out for and what to do when situations arise.
You’ll join us with:
•Loss Prevention experience gained in a retail/security/crime prevention environment
•An analytical mind and a keen eye
•Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills to deal with people at all levels internally and externally
•A driven approach towards meeting shrink reduction targets
•The expertise to play your part in internal internal/external investigations
•An understanding of and ability to resolve crime
•The ability to remain calm under pressure and to be resilient and robust
