We are currently seeking a Security Officer for a construction site in Winsford, Cheshire.
Duties:-
The post holder will be required to patrol and secure a busy construction site. Duties include completing hourly occurrence book, assisting clients and public, incident reporting and liaising with supervisors and Control Room operatives.
Key Responsibilities:-
To provide a visual deterrent and promote a safe environment for clients and their staff.
Person Specification:-
Must be 18+
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Must be punctual and have the ability to think on their feet and under pressure
Previous Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
Appropriate SIA License in either Security Guarding (frontline) or Door Supervision (frontline) is essential. You may also be considered if your licence application is currently being processed by the SIA.
You must be able to provide documentation of your eligibility to work in the UK.
You must be able to provide a full checkable 5 year work/ school history.
Further Information:-
Working pattern may include days, nights and weekends
Average 40 hours per week, 4 out of 7 days
Pay rate £6.19 per hour
