Job Introduction:
Provides support and functional expertise to Global Account Director in contract growth, developing new business lines, achieving the contract cost-reduction commitments and controlling the commercial aspects of the account including contract change control measures.

Role Responsibility:
Responsibility for identifying, pricing, assessing and prioritising major business opportunities
Responsibility for ensuring annual cost implications are highlighted and presented in a timely manner
Formulate, cost and present global contract change control documents
Ensure governance of all change control documents through the G4S Global Account Director
Ensure accurate tracking of contract change control notices
Lead G4S virtual finance teams
Lead client financial relationships
To manage the account budget
Ensure that all cost and financial data is presented for analysis so that risks and margins can be accurately identified
To collate and co-ordinate monthly management information
To work globally with in-country teams on the development of proposals for new projects, including benchmarking information
Ensuring all elements of proposals is fully understood by operational management/mobilisation team
Working with the operational team to identify efficiency project costs ensuring that all cost and financial data is presented for cost and financial analysis
To manage relationships with customers, partners, advisors and consortia members to ensure that all needs and requirement are fully addressed and that any disputes are resolved satisfactorily


The Ideal Candidate:
Formal Education
Technical
Very Strong skills in MS Excel, strong skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Internet Research

Experience in the following would be preferable: MS Sharepoint, MS Visio, MS Project


Experience
Significant experience of security market and new business development
Commercial acumen
The ability to produce high quality customer facing bespoke solutions
Proven ability to analyse client requirement documents to ensure the responses being created respond implicitly to the questions being asked
Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels
Evidence of the ability to manage risk and keep key stakeholders briefed
Strong communication, IT, presentation and project management skills
Flexible as extensive travel will be a requirement of the role

Highly numerate and familiar with financial models to support business development plans
Proven ability to handle complexity, manage programmes and implement business development plans
Experience of organisation development and design, and facilitation of change
Clear understanding of key issues in outsourcing market
Ability to work on own initiative, meet tight deadlines and balance priorities to achieve results
