Location: Cheshire
A motivated and dedicated Security Manager is
required to oversee the security at a corporate
site in Cheshire. Applicants must have previous
security management experience or a
background in law enforcement (Police service
etc.).
The role will have direct responsibility for
operational security, a team of security officers
and implementing security strategy relating to
risk, and crisis management.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Prior experience in a security management
role or a background in the Police service
Experience of conducting investigations and
risk assessments
The ability to positively shape long term
security strategy
Duties will include:
¤Manage the operational security function for
the organisation
¤Conduct risk assessments of the premises
¤Conduct Health & Safety audits
¤Implement SOP's, security initiatives and
strategies
¤Manage the provision of contract security
¤Recruitment, training and staff development
¤Conduct investigations into any breach of
security
¤Work closely with Police and emergency
services
¤Oversee management of security systems
including CCTV and Access Control
