The Anglo East Group (AEG) (www.angloeast.com.hk) in Hong Kong is a leading provider of insurance broking, security and delivery services to the retail, wholesale and manufacture jewellery traders on risk management of valuables. Founded in 1984 on a philosophy of providing the highest one-stop service to the trade, our group has continually set the standards of services, reliability and trust in this highly specialized field.
Our subsidiary, Gammon Security & Technology Limited specializes in installing, maintaining and monitoring a full range of security devices, including sophisticated alarm systems, CCTV networks,
safes, locks, intercom and access control to protect persons and valuable property. We also have a computerized Central Station service which links a client’s premises directly on 24/7 monitoring. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for the following position:
Job duties:
Oversee and manage routine maintenance and emergency services of electronic security systems;
Secure qualified technicians and engineers to handle routine and emergency services;
Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure service quality;
Motivate team members to achieve company targets through creating a stimulating work place
Job requirement:
Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or above with 3 years of experience in management level
Familiar with Electronic Systems i.e. Alarm, CCTV/DVR, Access Control is preferable
Ability to evaluate workflow and continuous improvement
Energetic, friendliness, and possessing strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Proficiency in MS Office and email applications
Less experience would be considered as Assistance Manager or Supervisor
Immediate available is highly preferred
