Regional Security Manager, Asia Pacific (Retail Luxury)

Representing a leading global high-end products group to invite candidates with strong independent experience in corporate and retail security management to apply for this immediate opening!

Reporting to the Global Head of Security, the incumbent will take charge of all security issues in the Asia Pacific region while constantly ensuring timely and proper corporate security strategies will be implemented so that business interests, people at work and company properties are well safeguarded. As such, duties include conducting proactive comprehensive risk and site vulnerability assessments and then risk prevention measures, working with store planning and operations on design and implementation of security systems, performing regular audits, initiating cost effective proactive security programs, handling investigations, and building relationships with local law enforcement as well as providing support to implementing global emergency contingency plans if required.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Law or Criminology or related disciplines
Minumum 10 years of international corporate loss prevention or corporate security or corporate asset protection with at least 3 years of supervisory experience; U.S. and Asia experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of corporate security management (e.g. risk management, crisis and emergency management, physical security, investigations, personnel security, executive protection) a must
Solid experience in liaison with regional, national, state and local law enforcement, government regulatory agencies and private industrial security.
Hands-on experience in luxury or retail industry a plus

Effective influencing, facilitation and presentation skills. Powerful communicator with various levels of organization and external parties.

Proactive, self-motivated, mature, resourceful, hardworking, have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Able to work under pressure and independently.

Excellent written and spoken English is essential, ability to speak other Asian languages especially Chinese (Putonghua) is a plus

Good computer skills and software application proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific Region and to other international countries when required
