Rolls-Royce Civil Nuclear wishes to recruit a talented Security Manager. As a Security Manager you will be responsible for all Security matters relating to the Civil Nuclear New Build & Nuclear Projects business including data security, physical security and personnel security.

As a Security Manager, your main duties will be:
Development and maintenance of the Security Strategy and Policy in line with Corporate and Customer requirements and to provide appropriate security input on bids to customers and delivery of tasks to customers on security related work.
Oversight of the technical aspects of contractor deliverables on security related tasks.
To represent New Build and Nuclear Projects business at Rolls-Royce plc, Sector, Business, Customer, and ONR security meetings contributing to the continuous development of security policies and practices. To support other parts of the Nuclear Sector as required.
To undertake security visits to sub-contractors to ensure Rolls-Royce and Customer material is being managed correctly and provision of Security advice and awareness training.
To investigate all security breaches to establish root cause and ensure appropriate corrective and preventative action is taken to prevent further breaches.
To give security advice and approval for all technical papers being released from the business, to advise and enforce classification issues and management of security events.
To advise on contract security and Export Control and represent security on relevant internal and external working groups.
To define, establish and maintain physical, data and personnel security standards and process across the nuclear sector and to advise on security aspects of any facilities that are the responsibility of the New Build and Nuclear Projects business.
