We are currently looking to identify a Training manager to deliver industry specific security training to company security personnel. This will include SIA/security specific training for Security Guarding and site specific training in areas such as customer service. Applicants should have a passion for training and development.
Applicant must have specific experience as a Trainer in a security company or for a training provider.
Duties:
• Delivering staff training across a number of core areas
• Designing training courses to fit clients and customer needs
• Support management with the training and development of staff
• Delivering training presentations via PowerPoint
• Delivering SIA specific training
• Work closely with clients to identify training needs and requirements at external sites
• Develop a pro-active training ethos within the business and champion continued improvement within staff training
Experience required:
• Proven track record of delivering training to an adult workforce
• Proven track record of delivering security specific training courses
