Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Relief Security Guard to join an experienced team based at our clients premises in Clydach, Swansea. The candidate must be currently SIA Licenced for Security Guarding or Door Supervision and have CCTV SIA Licence. CCNSG or CSCS qualification advantageous.
Duties to include: All aspects of Reception and Weighbridge tasks, meeting and greeting visitors attending site including employees and contractors, answering incoming telephone calls, CCTV monitoring, patrolling site at regular intervals including locking & alarming of buildings, preventing theft, carrying out health and safety checks, operating of weighbridge, data entry into inhouse computerised database, dealing with emergency alarm calls and issues and completing relevant paperwork.
Applicants must be customer focussed, approachable, health & safety conscious, professional and be flexible with hours of work.
The post will involve operating at short notice to cover holidays, emergency leave and sickness. The shift pattern consists of 12 hour day and night shifts between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis. There are no guaranteed hours per week. Full training and uniform is provided, immediate start available for the right candidate. Rate of pay £7.50 per hour.
