Job description:
An excellent opportunity to work for this fast paced, dynamic manned guarding company with £5-6 million turnover with ambition to reach £20-30million in the next 5 -10 years.
You will develop the existing operations team growing the team and developing the business.
Full responsibility for P&L within the business.
Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
Managing day-to-day activities, of the business ensuring best practise with a focus on growing the
business.
Candidate profile:
Working in a similar role in a large manned guarding security organisation in operations.
You will have a proven track record of success in operations with full P&L responsibility.
Able to develop and drive the operations department across the business.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels both within the business and externally.
You will have a flexible approach with the ability to be hands on when required.
