Role:
We are seeking a Security Manager with strong experience of working with physical security systems and security software in order to protect the people and assets of Zurich.

Under general direction of Group Security Head of Operations, you will deliver on implementation and/or coordinate activities in region for the following Group Security work streams:
Security Threat Management
Security & Safety Governance for personnel and facilities
Executive and event security
Travel security
Security crisis management

The Security Manager will play a leading role in the implementation of the Global Security Standards (which is part of the ZRP) and Group-wide security guidelines whilst developing, executing and managing regional security strategy with associated policies, standards, procedures, action plans and best practices.

You will also ensure that security threats to company personnel, assets and business operations/activities within the region are properly identified, evaluated and countered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

About You:

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in an area of study relevant to this position (law enforcement, business security, legal) and have professional security job trainings, memberships and/or certifications e.g. Certified Protection Professional, ASIS, The Security Institute etc.

Proven Industry experience in different security management functions working with physical security systems and security software is essential along with knowledge and experience in working with information technology security application and practices.

You will be capable of working independently in an international and culturally diverse environment and have experience in implementing security policy and standards on a local level enforcing corporate governance. You will aslo be adept at organizing and providing training, consulting and project management and have experience of managing suppliers.
