We are a new expanding security company in Manchester looking for professional door supervisors to join our team. We are looking for flexible, open minded individuals with an edge for dealing with numerous scenarios. In return we offer a good rate of pay.
What are we looking for ?
. Fully s.i.a badged door supervisors
. Professional, dependable doormen
. Experience in the security industry preferably doors
. Confident, well spoken doormen with the ability to spot and diffuse situations before they escalate ( if you have that ability we want to hear from you)
. We are a door company that are paid to deal with confrontation so appearance and presence is essential therefore we require doormen that look after themselves and keep fit so a gym membership or some sort of physical training is a must
.Customer service is a major role in our line of work therefore excellent communication skills are required.
. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
. Time keeping and reliability is a must ( if you don't think your that person don't bother applying)
