Job Description:

VSG has recently been awarded a Britain’s Top Employer 2014 certification, for offering its employees exceptional working conditions. We are currently looking for professional Security officers to join one of our prestigious contracts in Warwick.

 

We require you to have a full driving licence, your own transport and be willing to travel in the area to cover various sites as well as a valid SIA licence.
You will be smart in appearance, have clear communication skills and you will have experience of working within a Security Environment.

• Access and Egress Control
• Authenticating right of access
• Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
• Ensure all officers are competent to undertake their duties
• Ensure that health & safety information contained in the risk assessments are up to date
• Following site specific procedures
• Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
• Maintaining the highest standards of security
• Managing a team of security officers
• Managing incident response & reporting
• Managing officer training, disciplinary and welfare issues
• Team Scheduling and Rosta patterns

• Previous Corporate Security Experience
• Previous Security Experience

• Valid Full Driving Licence

Desirable Experience

• CCTV Licence Required
• First Aid at work certificate
• Health & Safety Qualifications
• Valid Full Driving Licence
