have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Manager to
assist with leading and
developing the security team at corporate site in Cambridge.
You will be smart and presentable with excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organisation. You will have the ability to contribute towards a team operation as well as work well on your own initiative.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safety and welfare of all occupants within the property and have an understanding of all operational aspects of the site.
Relevant industry experience is essential, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of the unique features of the industry.
Previous significant experience of managing a security team is essential for this role.

- Ensuring the highest standards of management having specific regard to compliance with all Statutory, Company and Contractual requirements.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, direction and development of site-based Security Staff, ensuring that the Team is well motivated, informed and focused.
- Ensure Site Specific Assignment Instructions, Health and Safety and Security Risk Assessments and associated Documents and Procedures are reviewed and maintained.
- Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all Security related equipment.
- Maintain the highest quality Health & Safety regimes associated with the provision of Security Services.

- SIA Licence
