 Summary:
Responsible for the direction of the Corporate Security for local, properties and personnel working in them, available to advise on specific request to other countries in their security requirements (including administrative and sales offices and warehouses, local corporation executives and foreign field workers). This Management provides services, such as security of facilities, security and protection for senior executives local, foreign visitors, security systems for buildings (access control, intrusion system, central fire) safety field operatives (if required) , security coordination of special events and meetings (security logistics and transport), coordination with police and military authorities, support units and local EH&S, also provides other administrative services such as fleet management and vehicle monitoring rented vehicles. Further support is provided to other service units such as Operations, HR, Procurement and Finance.
Responsibilities include: motivate, negotiate, respond to claims, clearing problems, follow own standards of companies, skills and exercise supervision and control.
Develop Contingency Plans Safety, Emergency Action Plans opponent enclosing the safety of people and facilities. Regularly make decisions that involve risk.
Make decisions regarding the maintenance of the security of people and buildings and to ensure that corrective service keeps conjunction with compliance with existing internal regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee the safety of the facilities of the corporation in Brazil (buildings, warehouses).
• To preserve the physical integrity of senior executives who work for the company, to ensure business continuity locally.
• To preserve the security and integrity of foreign visitors and expats that live in our country.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of security events and company meetings at the local level (safety and transportation).
• Direct and coordinate protection personnel and bodyguards assigned to different company executives.
• Coordinate, direct and supervise the performance of the security companies that provide services in our facilities.
• Maintain communication with the police and military institutions (metropolitan area and inland), to ensure their support if required.
• Drafting of Homeland Security plans, contingency plans, manuals and instructions for the security group.
• Control and operation of security systems, access, system intrusion.
• Allocation and access control.
• Control and allocation of fleet vehicles (owned or rented).
• Support and advice security for other units of the company, if required.
• Safety Consulting Employees with special cases.
• Control and theft losses in buildings.
• Counseling of safety and security for the selection of senior executives of housing allocated to the country.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience generally includes extensive knowledge in the area of security, military experience, specializations in the field.
• Solid experience in the area of security and protection of persons and buildings.
• Leadership skills, negotiation and communication (oral and written).
• Desirable Course Management in Corporate Security.
• Intermediate Level in English and Spanish (speaking & writing).
