Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a highly expereinced security advisor to oversee and maintain the implementation and integration of all Boeing Security Policy and related national statutory requirements affecting People, Property and Information to Boeing Business Units (BUs) operating within Ukraine and CIS (as directed), and supporting the International Security Activity (ISA) Group as and where necessary.
Functions:
- Support BUs by consulting, advising and providing professional technical expertise to identify, mitigate and manage current and future risks to Boeing business and reputation.
- Develop and review security plans for offices, residences, events and remote operations within Ukraine/CIS, coordinating with security providers for alarms and specialist services, in order that Boeing security standards are maintained.
- Provide travel advice to visitors to the Region and advise long term assignees on security of residences and day to day issues affecting their safety and security.
- Support Boeing Executive Protection (EP) teams accompanying senior principals to the Region, and provide appropriate security cover to other visiting senior officials not provided with EP cover, as directed by senior management.
- Maintain close working relationships with Office Management, Facilities Management, Legal, Customer Relations, Export Control and Transport focals to ensure a seamless service of security advice.
- Maintain regular liaison with national police and security agencies.
- Investigate breaches of company policies, thefts and losses of company assets, incidents of violence in the workplace and carry out any other inquiries within the Region as directed by senior management or Corporate Investigations, producing reports in accordance with Enterprise Investigations policy.
- Maintain personal visas to travel to the US and EU at short notice to support ISA as directed by senior ISA management.
- Provide Fire protection for Boeing offices, employees and assets according Boeing and Region rules and laws.
- Provide Information protection according Boeing rules and PROs.
- Compliance to Region laws and Boeing PROs.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role in a large multinational.
Experience of Security Audit/Compliance standards.
The Candidate must have good communication skills, both oral and written, and be conversant with common IT programmes.
