Job Purpose:
Monitor assigned areas and supervise Security Officers to minimise safety and security
breaches. Attend to all reported incidents.
Key Responsibilities
• Take control in situations of reported disturbances and prohibited conduct
• Ensure smooth traffic flow inside and outside the resort
• Take preventative actions to avoid loss, damage or accident
• Investigate incidents and submit written reports
• Report emergencies promptly to management
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Assistant Shift Manager
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ casino surveillance or security experience at supervisory level (Control Room experience an advantage)
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Certificates: Alcohol awareness certification; CPR & first aid; Customer service and/or relations training
Language Ability: Basic Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Basic
