Managing a team of Security Managers, this role has responsibility for efficiently and effectively providing security services and asset protection across a number of major sites and transportation links, protecting lives, buildings, equipment, data, & intellectual property. Candidates should have experience as a successful hands-on manager overseeing multiple locations in commercial security, military or law enforcement. You will have experience with implementation of best practices specific to physical security systems, investigation techniques, effective deployment and oversight of contract security guards, and transportation and supply chain loss mitigation techniques. You must have strong oral and written communication skills in English and either Czech or Polish. Thirty to fifty percent domestic travel may be expected and periodic international travel may be required.
