Regional Security Manager
Salary: up to £35,000 + benefits
Location: Southern Regions (South East – South West)
We are seeking ambitious and motivated candidates to oversee the delivery of security across our 760+ stores throughout the UK.
Applicants must have senior-level multi-site retail loss prevention experience with a track record of shaping and implementing retail LP, audit & compliance strategy.
Duties will include:
• Managing the retail loss prevention function for a number of sites
• Conducting Investigations into external and internal stock loss
• Conduct regular audits into stock loss and instances of fraud
• Work closely with Store Managers to identify areas of risk or loss
• Conduct risk assessments at stores across the region
• Conduct staff training in Security and shrink awareness
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Experience within Retail Security or Retail Loss Prevention
• Full driving license
• Management or supervisory experience
** Qualification in Security management or investigations preferred but not essential**
