Responsibilities:
- To oversee the operation of the Security Department
- To communicate and maintain good customer relationship with clients
- To develop business and implement policy and strategy
- To lead and manage the team to provide quality service to all our clients
Requirements:
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in sizable organization, preferably with experience in property management and discipline services
- Knowledge of the various of security systems such as CCTV, alarm systems and automated access control system
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good service concept, excellent communication & supervisory skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills.
