This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within the Campus Services department of Royal Holloway, University of London. The role is responsible for the delivery of a range of security services across the main Egham Campus, Huntersdale, Kingswood and Central London properties to enhance the student, staff and visitor experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible candidates with a range of skills and a passion for quality customer service delivery.

Applications are invited for the post of Security Manager, reporting to the Head of Premises, the role will have responsibility for the operational performance of the College’s security provision and delivery of its strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have developed a clear and experienced career path within the security service industry and be able demonstrate excellent leadership, direct communication and people management skills as well as being an organised and a committed team player. They will be based on the main Egham campus and will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment to all students, staff and visitors to the main campus, its two outlying locations and central London properties.

Previous experience and skills in security management is essential along with enthusiasm to develop those skills and bring fresh ideas to this exciting and diverse service to the college.
