Job description
We are looking for a Security Operations Manager to join our team based in Chesterfield. This is an integral role within security responsible for delivering operational interventions and managing a range of incoming and outgoing workflows in respect of crime risk against the organisation.
You will be responsible for conducting criminal investigations, preparing prosecution files and attending
court when required. You will also conduct physical and procedural inspections at all estate buildings, physical assets and outlets and assist in the coordination of security installations for relevant projects.
You should have experience of the principles of crime risk and loss prevention, preferably in a Post Office Limited context. You should also have experience in dealing with police and other law enforcement agencies. You should have the ability to build strong and effective relationships with your key stakeholders.
Salary circa £32,000 dependant on experience
