We are currently recruiting for a Security Team Leader.

As a Security Team Leader your main responsibilities are to oversee the daily safety operations of the hotel in both front & heart of house areas; to produce clear and factual (verbal & written) accounts of hotel incidents using the appropriate company reports and procedures provided; to implement company and legal procedures through internal & external training and to protect hotel guest, staff and company assets. The Security Team Leader will assist in providing a safe & secure environment for both our employees & guests and will act on behalf of the Director of Security, Fire, Life & Safety in his absence.

The security team operate a four on four off shift pattern rotating day and night shifts.

Qualifications  Requirements:
· Previous experience as a security supervisor is required
· Hotel/hospitality experience is desirable
· Good command of written and verbal communication skills (English)
· Working knowledge of police and criminal law
· SIA license is essential
· First Aid trained and qualified
· Working knowledge of CCTV, fire alert and locking systems
· Computer literate
· All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays
· All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK & must be in possession of the relevant passports or visas
