Head Doorman’s Role:
Head Doorman’s Role:
Approximately 20-30 per week available.
Pay Rate £12.00ph Minimum
You must have a proven track record as a Head Doorman with exceptional customer services / communication skills and be able to manage your team proactively.
You will be required to liaise with both clients and local authorities in a professional manner at all times and manage incidents effectively.
There will be pre-site training and induction but this an experienced role only so experience of working as a Head Doorman is essential.
Door Supervisors Role:
Must have experience of working at bars or clubs as security and have excellent customer and communication skills.
There will be a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with the possibility of other shifts as and when required.
The start times will vary due to client’s requirements and your availability.
Door Supervisors: £10ph Minimum
There will be an opportunity for you to progress within NDST through continued career development and training and in turn could lead onto other roles like:
• Senior Door Supervisors
• Head Door Supervisor / Venue Security Managers
• Operation Team
This is for ongoing work at our venues in the following areas:
• Covent Garden – Door Supervisors
• Islington – Door Supervisors
• Clapham – Door Supervisors
• Balham – Door Supervisors
• Mayfair – Door Supervisors
• Monument - Head Doorman / Door Supervisors
• Bishopsgate - Door Supervisors
• St Paul's - Door Supervisors
• Hampstead Heath – Door Supervisors
Marylebone - Door Supervisor
We will be holding interviews at one of our sites in Central London on the following dates:
• Wednesday: 19/08/15
• Monday: 24/08/15
• Tuesday: 25/08/15
• Wednesday: 26/08/15
The interviews will be held between 10:00am - 15:00pm by appointment only
