Medirest are currently looking for professional Security Supervisor to join one of our prestigious team at Chase Farm hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous security experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Medirest is part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, who provide a full range of Hotel Services (including staff, patient and visitors catering, domestics, portering and security) at over 130 NHS Trust and private hospitals

Package description
Increased salary after 12 months including London Weighting enhancement
Training and Development of individual
Up to 20 days holiday including 8 days bank holiday
Ideal Candidate should have a full UK driving licence.
Main responsibilities:
Access and Egress Control
Authenticating right of access
Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
Conduct personal searches
Conducting internal & external patrols
Ensure all officers are competent to undertake their duties
Ensure that health & safety information contained in the risk assessments are up to date
Following site specific procedures
Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
Maintaining the highest standards of security
Managing a team of security officers
Managing incident response & reporting
Managing officer training, disciplinary and welfare issues
Team Scheduling and Rosta patterns
Ideal candidate
Essential Experience
Ability to contribute to the team
Ability to use the microsoft office suite
Ability to use your own initiative
Attention to Detail
Confident dealing with the public
Customer Focussed Approach
IT literate
Previous Supervisory Experience
Strong Verbal Communication Skills
Strong written communication skills
SIA Licence
UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
CCTV Licence Required
First Aid at work certificate
