Job description
Applicants must have an SIA Licence and be able to provide a 5 year work or back to school history. Busy and growing, high security site with a combination of security and administrative duties therefore applicants should be highly motivated, able to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills owing to it being a customer facing role. Must be smart in appearance and have good knowledge, experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and experience using access control systems.
Pay Rate: £8.30
Working Hours: Monday – Friday - 19.00 – 07.00
24 hr cover over the weekends
Average Working Hours – 54 pw
Duties
· Gate house duties
· Patrolling the estate
· Patrolling the park
· CCTV Monitoring
Person Specification
· Holds a current valid SIA licence (Security/Door Supervision and CCTV)
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Good Customer Service Skills
· Excellent command of English – Both oral and written
· Ability to work on their own initiative
· Flexibility according to operational needs
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Have a 5 year verifiable work history
