We are the largest Hong Kong based air caterer offering authentic cuisines and quality services to over 40 international airlines. We are now looking for a qualified person to head our two key functions: operational safety and security. The incumbent will report to the General Manager. He / She will be supported by the Occupational Health & Safety Manager regarding the operational safety function.
Corporate Safety & Security Manager
Responsibilities
Establish and implement safety & security policies and procedures to ensure company interests are safe guarded against all safety & security threats
Identify potential safety & security problems and fraudulent practices and recommend mitigating actions to reduce safety & security risks
Maintain proper supervision with security service contractors; appropriate coordination with customer airlines, business partners and internal departments to ensure the safety & security procedures, operations and investigations are conducted effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Administer the permit system for controlling access to the Company’s premises
Promote safety & security culture and communicate with staff regularly to raise their awareness on the importance of industrial safety and aviation & commercial security
Continuous liaison with key stakeholders and customer airlines on their safety & security concerns for improvement on industry best practices
Requirements
Degree holder in related discipline
At least 10 years relevant working experience in the security field, preferably in aviation security
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
