Job description
We are currently recruiting self employed SIA licensed Security Guards for several areas in and around the Midlands including Hinckley and Lutterworth.
Successful applicants must be of smart appearance and have good communication skills. Reliability and trustworthiness is absolutely essential.
Previous experience within a security position is an advantage but not essential. A driving license and access to your own transport is an advantage but also not essential.
A valid SIA Security Guard license is required.
Duties include proactive independent working, working within a team, dealing with the public and maintaining a consistently secure environment. Patrols, gatekeeping duties and spot searches are the main duties of the post.
Understanding and following venue and company policies and procedures and completing daily logs and reports is an essential part of any of our positions, so a general level of comprehension is required. You must have a checkable 5 year back to school or work history.
We cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We work to your availability and are flexible but would appreciate a degree of flexibility, during holiday periods etc, in return.
