You’ll be working for our Facilities Services team, who deliver specialist integrated security services including manned guarding at the Princess Mead Shopping Centre in Bracknell.
About the role:
You’ll be managing the delivery of security services on a high profile retail and leisure contract in Bracknell. Working alongside the customer and OCS management team, you’ll provide the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure that security services are delivered to the highest of standards and in line with our client’s specifications.
Specifically you will:
Liaise with the management and the client on all aspects of the service delivery, responding to requests and complaints with accurate information in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance to the specified standards (KPI’s and SLA’s), legislation and safe working practices detailed within the site manual.
Implement and maintain security plans such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Public Space Surveillance and Incident Management.
Manage staff throughout your teams to ensure a well trained, highly motivated workforce, with a firm focus on staff development and succession planning.
Manage the security budgets to ensure that financial targets are consistently met.
Take a proactive role in the management and review of safe working practices on the contract.
Conduct and review regular quality audits and reports.
Work in partnership with clients to provide innovative FM solutions and the continuous improvement of services.
About you:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading team in which you will be responsible for the delivery of security services and act as a key interface between OCS and our client. You will already be a successful Security professional and are likely to already hold IOSH qualification and relevant SIA licences (SG or DS). You’ll have with a strong track record of managing teams within the contract security sector and will have experience of a retail and/or leisure environment. You will be dedicated to delivering the highest levels of customer service and playing an integral role in generating future growth and development for both OCS and your own career.
