Job Introduction:

The successful Branch manager (Greater Accra) will manage the operational aspect of provision of quality contractual and ad-hoc security Solutions to customers specifically manned security and rapid response, in compliance with legislation, company policies, processes and procedures. The main purpose of the role is to lead the drive to operational efficiency in line with best security practice through effective management of resources throughout the Region, thereby enhancing service delivery and ensuring the Region’s budgetary targets are achieved. The region currently encompasses the following area; Accra, Tema and Volta Region areas of operation.

Role Responsibility:
Implementing appropriate systems, processes and procedures and compliance thereof by maintaining discipline that ensures effective and efficient delivery of services to the customers.
Staff turnover analysis, effective allocation of staff to supervisory and management positions, ensuring the department’s structure supports the business’s strategy of delivering quality service to its customers.
Monitoring and controlling service delivery costs to optimize profitability.
Managing operational and contingent risks. Implementing appropriate Security Systems and ensuring proper working processes.
Ensuring compliance with the Group’s health and safety policies and where required, introducing and implementing procedures in order to minimize the business’s exposure to health and safety risks.
Maintaining and developing new markets in manned security and rapid response services.·
Managing, motivating and developing staff assigned to the Region in order to achieve agreed budgeted results.
Succession Planning within the Region thereby ensuring business continuity in the event of management changes.
Manage relationship between actual results, cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
Initiate cost saving model and control Gross Margin Management. In terms of Direct Wage control, Overheads control and contract profitability.


The Ideal Candidate:
University degree preferably in business administration or risk management.
Knowledge security services is essential
Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in management
