Loss Prevention Specialist - Audit and Investigation - South M1 Corridor

We've got a fantastic opportunity for an Loss Prevention Specialist - Audit and Investigation to join the Loss Prevention Team and be responsible for covering the South M1 corridor area in a field based role. Reporting to the Audit and Investigation Manager, you will deliver effective and accurate auditing of Loss Prevention and Security Systems process, policy and procedural compliance across all Morrison's sites as part of a team of LP Audit and Investigation Specialists. To conduct complex investigations into internal theft and fraud as identified through the LP Data Mining Team ensuring resolution and prosecution consistency across all business areas. To deliver training and guidance where appropriate as well as effective action plans to ensure clarity on what is required to implement and maintain the controls required to reduce loss in all Business areas and assist in root cause analysis to deliver improvements to procedure, policy and controls.

Here at Morrisons our Audit and Investigation Specialist do the following;
To deliver the LP Audit schedule.
To deliver effective and consistent audit standards across all sites.
To complete all reports and paperwork clearly, accurately and on time, avoiding jargon or technical terminology (using plain English) to the required standard.
Where required to deliver training or process, policy or control launches to selective groups ensuring the ability of Operational teams to deliver effectively.
To maintain and share expertise in Audit, Investigation, Process and
Policy information for all areas of the business across the team and wider operations.
To deliver closure and consistency of prosecution for investigations assigned to the region.
To build and deliver effective action plans to ensure activity required delivering compliance to policy, process and control standards are clearly understood and owned.
To be key drivers and users of Risk Reporting and Key Performance
