An exciting opportunity for a Security Supervisor has arisen at perhaps London's most iconic hotel. If you are an experienced, passionate and proactive Security professional that’s just passionate about giving the customer experience as you are keeping the customer safe, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsible for the safety of guests, associates and stakeholders of the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel; including the iconic building itself.
The unique partnership that the hotel shares with the Eurostar makes for a high profile, independent and exciting security operation; experience within the discipline and proven success of supervising team members is therefore essential for this role.
You will be the first port of call for any emergency, first aid, fire, CPR, security threat and will be responsible for completing the relevant reports/documents in accordance with company policy and procedure.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Sustained and proven security experience in a similar (quality, five-star, lifestyle), high volume environment
Demonstrable skills in security and a customer service environment
A valid SIA license and full First Aid certification
An enhanced Criminal Background Check will be requested for the successful candidate.
