Responsibilities:
Provides counterterrorism (CT) analysis

Provides terrorism Indications and Warning (I&W) watch support


Provides CT database support on threats in the European Theater


Provides CT skills for rapid responses to timely terrorism analysis and threat warning production requirements


Provides all-source CT analysis to assist the customer CT effort in the research, analysis, production,and collection management of current intelligence related informationin support of deployed United States and allied forces engaged in peacekeepingand humanitarianrelief, as well as potential combat operations


Communicates factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academicexperience
Experience providing timely, in-depth CT analysison terrorism to the customer CT watch including, but not limited to, updating watch standard operating procedures, providing crisissupport, assisting in collection and request for informationmanagement,managingCT watch operations and message traffic queues, providing nominations to customer’s morning briefings, conducting CT watch training, performinginformal watch changeover briefs, producing associated products, and making inputs to the Joint Threat Reporting and Analysis Capability Europe database in response to force protectionissues as events dictate or when tasked
Experience providingCT research and analysis by screening all-source intelligence reporting, assessing and summarizingevaluated and previously unevaluatedinformation,discriminating threat informationfrom this all-source intelligence,fusing information into actionable intelligence and disseminatingwarnings and threat analysis as appropriate
Experience performing data correlation,link analysis and trend identificationand assessment as required to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with counter terrorism related incidents, investigations,and operations
Experience providing CT systems analysis and planning support from a CT analytical perspective to leadership to guide rapid development and deployment of mission critical intelligence systems supporting counterterrorismanalysis
Experience producingCT products when/if prioritized by Government quality assurance personnel (QAP) or technical
