Responsibility :
Reporting to the Operation Director.
Formulate strategies and implementing programmes for the delivery of security services.
Responsible for daily managing the security control room, continuously monitoring all system installed inside and reacting to all security related incidents according to the company security procedures.
Provide direction to the subcontractors to maintain a high level preparedness for effective response to emergencies and major incidents.
Oversee the management of security operations, including strategic planning, directing, organizing and controlling.
Communication and co-ordinate with Government Department on all security related policies or procedures.
To record all possible details of each individual incident for future references, assist in all investigation cases and closely monitor all high value shipments inbound and transit the operations area.
To supervise the contractor security guards to ensure they perform their duty correctly.
Requirements
Degree educational or equivalent;
Over 10 year experience in security with 3-5 years is managerial level is a MUST;
Experience in security related field, experience in aviation operations would be beneficial;
Details oriented a self-motivated team player and a confident leader;
Able to communicate in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure and flexible hours as required.
