Job Description
The Loss Prevention Specialist is a new role in the UK Loss Prevention & Security team and to the UK network.

The team leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset protection (lives, buildings, equipment, data, & intellectual property) within the assigned location. We are a key member of the Operations organization, working with the FC (Fulfillment) Operational team as well as cross functional teams throughout the organization, and you will be the Security subject matter expert and consultant for the site’s management.

Our Loss Prevention team members are experts in everything from Loss Exposure/Loss Controls analysis, Investigations of theft and loss, Physical Security systems and controls, contract Guard Services, Loss Prevention education and awareness programs, workplace violence and Loss Prevention Audit programs.

Detailed Description:
Analyse Theft and other loss trends to create and distribute a “Top 5 loss report” for the UK network

Support the UK LP team with data configuration and trend analysis to establish root cause or dishonesty

Support Loss Prevention Managers in analysis to support internal and external criminal investigation


Work with Procurement and Finance to collate and track costs and budgets for all installation and servicing to the vast Physical Security Infrastructure of all FCs

Work with Police and 3rd Party networks to track the registration and use of consumer electronics previously recorded as stolen, using IMEI and Serial registration.


Develop UK standard formats for all LP Action Plans, 3rd party guarding rosters, Key control registers, Deployment plans and other documents to enhance productivity in team through standard work implementation.

Ensure all LP team data protected to IT security and related physical security standards, proactively promoting best practice in all use of



Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Works and Office
Experience of SQL and other Data / Inventory tools a distinct advantage

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Masters in security related field
Experience with warehouse, distribution center, transportation or supply-chain operations is a plus.
Prior experience in security services, Loss Prevention and/or Asset protection, internal audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related field is a highly desirable.
