Security Operations Manager

The Director of Security at Broadmoor Hospital is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an operationally focused senior manager to apply for the post of Security Operations Manager at band 8c. The post will become vacant on 1st September 2016 and it is hoped the successful candidate will be available to commence approximately 4 weeks earlier, to become familiar with the post and receive an appropriate handover. This opportunity comes at a time when planning for the transition into the new high secure hospital requires a leader with sound evidence of problem solving and decision making. Albeit the post is open to all staff meeting the criteria within the job description, applications are particularly welcome from clinical staff familiar within security in secure a psychiatric care environment.
