Our Security Managers collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure they understand potential security risks and know how to effectively manage security routines, report security incidents and complete investigations. They protect the store from people who intend to commit crime whilst delivering excellent service for our customers. Our Security Managers are recognised as the expert in security and stock loss in their store. They build strong relationships with neighbourhood policing teams and have a crime prevention plan to reduce risks and deliver crime reduction, by identifying and investigating theft and fraud.
Main Responsibilities
As a Security Team Manager it will be necessary to work a variety of shift patterns including early shifts (starting at 7am) late shifts (finishing at 10pm) and occasional night shifts. We are seeking applicants who are looking for either permanent or temporary positions.

Minimum of two years’ retail experience or are from a Loss Prevention/ Security/ Police/ Military background
Experience in investigations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence
Demonstrates the upmost integrity
A passion for delivering great customer service
Previous experience managing a team
Security systems knowledge is beneficial but not essential
