Dealing with physical security, patrols, asset protection, first aid response and emergency situations, our fully trained. in-house SIA licensed security officers have a passion to help and a duty to protect. Whilst our security team has safety as their top priority, providing a warm and approachable face for customers is also key. Our security teams work around the clock, 365 days a year to ensure that our iconic building is always safe and secure whether we’re open for business or not.
We are now looking for a seasoned Security General Manager to lead our Uniformed Security Division in Knightsbridge.
As Uniformed Security General Manager you will lead by example, inspiring a high performance culture where only the very best is good enough. Through your management team, you will ensure that each Uniformed Security Officer is well managed, challenged to deliver a great year round performance, and given the necessary support and guidance to ensure they reach their true potential.
As a leader in our business, you will set, agree and manage your yearly budget; from yearly planning and forecasting to the reconciliation of costs throughout the year.
In the event of a major incident you will assume control, using your experience and expert judgement to ensure an effective response, liaising with the emergency services where required, and minimising the impact on our staff and customers.
You will also be responsible for setting and implementing our security standard operating procedures to ensure that your teams are ready to deal swiftly with any eventuality.
To be successful, you will be a proven security leader, with experience of managing large teams in an environment similar to ours.
