We are always looking for hardworking Security Officers to join our Security team.
Dealing with physical security, patrols, asset protection, first aid response and emergency situations, our fully trained SIA licensed security officers have a passion to help and a duty to protect.
You will remain calm under pressure and react quickly in challenging situations. As no two days at Harrods are the same, you will need to be highly adaptable.
Whilst our security team has safety as their top priority, providing a warm and approachable face for customers is also key. Committed to exceptional customer service, you will leap at the chance to go the extra mile for a customer.
You will also be required to write reports, document investigations, and keep your personal notebook up-to-date. With this in mind, we are looking for candidates with a GCSE or equivalent in English, and strong overall communication skills.
To be successful, you will have a solid security background with a focus on customer service, ideally within a retail environment. You will also hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
Your work week will consist of a four on, four off rota made up of two day and two night shifts. At times, this role can be physically demanding, a high level of fitness is essential on application.
