We are currently looking to recruit an experienced SIA licensed experienced Security Supervisor to conduct all aspects of security supervisor duties for our Client - the world's leading information technology research and advisory company based in Egham area (TW20).
Nearest train station: Staines or Egham
Buses: company shuttle bus available from Staines Station

Hours: av 48 hours per week (overtime potentially available)
Shift pattern: variable
06.00 – 14.30
14.00 – 22.30
07.00 – 19.00
There may be slight variances in start/end times. Some weekend and nights shifts may apply.
Pay rate: £10.75 per hour

Person Specification:
• At least 3 years’ experience in a high end Corporate Environment
o Protection of Life, Property and Premises
o Prevention of Loss Waste and Crime
o Customer Service is the KEY Factor during this selection Process
• Bright friendly personality
• Excellent Communication : verbal, non verbal
• IT: Intermediate Level with Microsoft Suite of Software (on site bespoke package will be included in induction)
• Excellent Presentation

The Role:

Being a member of the Gartner Front of House Team will require a team player who is not adverse to “rolling their sleeves up and becoming involved”.

The Customer Experience has to start from the first visitor/client of the day and stay consistently focussed until we close the reception area.

Effective and professional communication at every interaction is the key to being a success in role, our established team has grown and continues to do so in line with our client aspirations.

Our ideal new Supervisor will have at least 3 years’ experience in a high end Corporate Environment and will be dynamic and focussed on supporting our client to create and maintain a best in class integrated work space. Our on assignment Customer Experience has to be remembered for all the right reasons.

The Client Experience starts from the moment our Clients walk through our doors we must be intuitive and innovative, the baseline has to be in line with client expectation but each interaction needs to be managed on its own merits, empathy and friendly to ensure that our guests feel ‘welcome’ and ‘well hosted’ for the duration of their visit to Company

We are looking for an enabling Security Supervisor who can lead, manage and develop high performance teams ensuring all necessary communications are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Other day to day responsibilities as dictated by circumstances and the needs of the business and client.

Our interview process will be two stages, Stage 1 with our Front of House Manager and Stage 2 with our Regional Director, and a representative from our Client.
