We are looking for a Uniformed Security Manger to ensure our staff, customers and iconic Knightsbridge store are safe.
You will be responsible for detecting and preventing offences against staff, customers, contractors and visitors and keeping company property secure. Protecting the store out of hours, you must be prepared to work flexibly, adapting to the pace of a shifting working environment.
Using your proven management record you will drive your team to deliver excellent customer service and put the customer at the heart of every decision you make; ensuring all procedures are followed. You will have a keen eye to detail, spotting opportunities to make improvements and efficiencies. Comfortable with compiling reports, you will use your initiative to build strategies targeting trends or issues.
Thanks to your strong communication skills you will take the lead in the event of an incident; executing our standard operating procedures with ease and composure.
To be successful you will have man guarding experience, a valid Door Supervisor SIA License, strong proven leadership and the ability to provide great customer service. Retail security experience in a large complex business would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will also have a working knowledge of the Law e.g. PACE, Theft Act and DPA.
