Role:
Managing a team and deputising for the Head of Content Protection, Cyber and Investigations in their absence.
The purpose of this role is to provide a professional investigation function across an international business, preventing and detecting the loss of company assets whilst protecting the content of the business and mitigating key risks.
The position will be responsible for proactively managing the continued development of the investigative function across the group, ensuring high quality and timely reporting and promoting greater awareness of fraud and security issues across the group.
You will also support the Head of the Content Protection, Cyber and Investigation team and key stakeholders in the management of objectives across the team.


Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Content Protection, Cyber and Investigations in assessing and managing the team work streams to ensure that risks are properly assessed, reported on and that the teams objectives accurately reflect the control measures agreed.
Manage the Investigations team ensuring that work streams are in line with and supporting the risk work streams.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that investigations are managed effectively.
Responsibility for the quality of investigations reported on, ensuring that reports are in line with expectations and delivered within time frames agreed and to the relevant business area and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Develop and manage the team to ensure they have the appropriate skills, experience, training and tools to deliver high quality performance with set objectives.
Ensure the team are able to deliver out of office hours where required and that the team has the resilience to deliver on high profile events, incidents and cases.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of and demonstrable experience in managing anti-piracy and cyber investigations in addition to a sound knowledge of Criminal law and evidential procedures, including disclosure processes



With a proven track record and recent leadership experience in a formal Intelligence or Investigative role, you will be a confident manager, well versed in providing timely investigative advice with experience of effectively managing a team producing effective and accurate analytical information and evidential case files in a fast changing, diverse environment.

This will all be underpinned by excellent written, PC based and personal presentation skills.
