I am looking for an exception Security Manager to work for my blue chip company on their prestigious commercial site in Leeds.
I can offer you an excellent salary of £30K-£35k dependent on experience with a package of holidays, pension, plus a career. Working in a high level role with the recognition for this position.
I am looking for a security manager who can have responsibility and ownership for the day to day running of the security operations. Make sure all policies and procedures are adhered to; liaise with all departments at head office to seek advice and guidance where necessary. To ensure the team is resilient in providing 6 star customer service and security to all visitors and staff. Forge strong successful relationships with other services providers with in the building, creating a seamless partnership. Ensuring all incidents and issues are reported and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Ensure that all contract security personnel are aware and have read and understood the current AI’s and post instructions. To develop the security knowledge and ethos of the building with your team and establish security excellence. To act as incident commander for all clients.
I need you have:
• Experience in the security industry
• The ability to manage a prestigious and highly demanding contract
• Excellent client facing skills and proven experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proven management skills
• A valid SIA Front-Line
• A valid CTV/PSS Licence
• Experience of writing and presenting risk reviews
Desirable not essential:
IOSH or any management qualifications
You must be able to commute to Leeds daily with UK status.
